Interval Training - 30 exercises + abs
6:00 class interval training 30 exercises 3 times around, about 30 mins long, different timings, if you look at the exercise number 1 sprint for 15 secs, number 2 press up 30 sec, 3 skaters 15 secs and so on. Finisher abs 6 sets of 10 sit ups done to my count. Hope that makes sense, warm up and stretch before the class.
