Croxteth musician Joe Slater has been on a whirlwind of a journey the last few months.
He’s gone from playing cover gigs in bars and pubs for the last few years, to having his own set at the Isle of Wight festival this year, playing gigs all over the country, and recording his original music.
At only 22 years old, he can play 6 instruments, and is gathering quite a following.
In a video posted on his Facebook page, Joe says: ‘I’m actually on a bit of a journey at the moment. If I go back even six months, I was nowhere near here… I’m in a very, very, very good place right now. It’s the choices you make now that affect where you will be tomorrow.’
