Alt Valley Community Trust has been supporting new businesses for over seven years. Through two major European Union part-funded projects, Making Business Work and Enterprise Hub, we have worked with over 4,000 businesses, assisting from starting up to helping them grow.

We now provide tailored support for those living in Croxteth, Old Swan, Dovecot, Knotty Ash, and Yew Tree areas of the city. Over a 4 week period, we provide information on business planning, generating customers, selling, cash flow, and registering a new business, in an easy-to-digest format from our experienced business advisor.

AVCT has supported people in starting a range of successful businesses, including cookery schools, boxing academies, estate agents, gin distilleries, mental health CICs, photographers, and restaurants, to name a few.
